How To Buy
You can either make an appointment to visit our showroom (we do love to see our customers) to browse and perhaps make a purchase (we take cash, debit cards and most credit cards) or if you see something on our website that takes your fancy (and you are unable to make it to our showroom) we can take payment over the phone via debit or credit card or alternatively you can make a bank transfer.
We recommend that you do visit the showroom to view a piece of furniture or to discuss fabric requirements for bespoke upholstered pieces. Most bespoke furniture usually has a 8- 10 week lead time and requires a 50% deposit.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as it is returned to us (or collected by us) in original condition within seven days of receipt. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that an alternative item or refund can be arranged.
